there is a table here, and thats what i don't like about it pve or pvp. its too up and down depending on what you are hitting, now for strength its static no matter which. I do see what you are saying about the other arena guys and i will change the few points in my spec and the one glyph, weakens hammy but it doesn't stun much anyways.....
